“I’ve gone through some feelings, but I feel like I’m recovering,” Hoo said on Friday.
“I’m not 100% in my body, but I like to think about 100% in my mind, which is the most important thing.
Newcastle, who is fifth in the Premier League, will face Ipsuic at St. James Park on Saturday.
Hoo thought about how difficult it was the duration of the disease, but said he was trying to “take positive in every experience.
“You consider your health as normal – I’m definitely – and when you don’t have the expensive thing you feel normal, it can be very difficult.
