Why do young generations determine the times of concern?

According to a new study, one in 10 young Americans determines one of the “waord times”. In a survey of 2,000 Americans general, 10 percent of young Americans (Gen Z and a thousand-year-old) are setting a specific time on their day for concern. Compared to only 3% of the elderly American (Gen X and Baby Boomers) who participated in the survey. The survey was conducted by Talker Research, called the avocado green mattress before Earth Day, asked the answerers why they would determine the “time of worry” – or why they were thinking about doing (38%) – and revealed various benefits. The respondents said it helped reduce the time they spend with concern and allows them to manage their anxiety. Having a specific time for anxiety will also help mental health, and limit both the pressure on their lives and how concerned about things outside their control.
