
Slovenia’s Primos Rooglik has won his second Wolta title in three years in the seventh and final round of Barcelona.
Roglik, who finished first in 2023, won 14 seconds in Belgian Lawrence de Plus and Lenner van Ethillate over 88 kilometers.
The 35-year-old, Red-Bura-Hansgrohi, began a second 28 seconds before Enrique Mas in Spain, but ended in 28 seconds before Juan Aysoo.
“Jwan – I spent a lot of joy here,” Roglik said.
“I knew, I’m ready, the legs are ready so I enjoyed it very well this week.
“Ad little of the holidays and then slowly start meeting to Giro (D’italia).
Simon Yatts finished eighth in the final in the UK, 19 seconds in Roglik behind Roglik and ninth in general, one of 46 seconds.
Matthew Brennan, 19, slipped up the first part of the Week race, quickly for his first victory in the world tournament before looking for him to follow him with the end of another rapid game in the fifth round.
