
Liverpool manager Arn Slot says the club still have a job to prepare for the Premier League title at home on Sunday.
One of the remaining five games will win the 20th flight title for the Reds – and is the first time since the 2019-20 season.
“It’s a great responsibility. We are aware that the last time it won was during the COVID-19, so everyone is waiting for Sunday,” Slot said.
– But we know there is still a job to do, we need at least one point.

“It’s what we know and we hope that what our fans know well when they come to the pitch when they are the best way to support us as they have done throughout the season, but be aware of the fact that we still need a point.
“It’s a nice game we’re waiting for, but the responsibility we have on Sunday.”
Slot will be the 12th coach to win the Premier League if he finishes it this weekend.

But Slot says it would be difficult Sunday, despite Tottenham’s poor internal season.
“There is a game against a Tottenham club that plays for something special – not in the league but in the Europa League and they want to prepare for it in the best way,” he said.
“As always, we only focus on the future competitor, and that’s Tottenham now,” he said. So we try to prepare the team as we have done every season.
“I hope the players will be able to bring the same energy and mentality they have brought throughout the season,” he said.
“And we expect the same thing from the fans.”
