Shakib al-Hassan has been cleaned for the England and Wales’ Cricket Board (ECB) and the 100 people who have previously offered a suspension.
The Bangladesh player made a match in the County Championship in September 2024, and was released by the referees.
In December, he received a ban after an independent assessment found that his work had exceeded the 15-degree challenge allowed by European Central Bank rules.
His work was then evaluated a month in India, which was banned from international credits and was not played in the Bangladesh squad for the recent champions.
However, the European Central Bank confirmed that another check at the University of Logboro had shown earlier this month that it had supplied the action to lift the suspension.
Former Tigers captain Shakib has made 71 tests, 247 international appearances and 129 T20 for Bangladesh.
He has not yet signed a contract with a province and 100 teams for 2025.
