The decades-long struggle in the east of Dr. Congo has intensified since January when the M23 carried out an unprecedented attack, took control of the cities of Goma and Bukavu and feared a broader regional war.

Rwanda has said its forces are working to defend themselves against the Congo army and coalition militias, some accusing it of links to the Rwanda massacre in 1994.

Dr. Congo accuses Rwanda of illegally exploiting the metal oil that Rwanda denies.

Late last week, Dr. Congo and Rwanda signed an agreement to respect each other’s sovereignty and received a draft peace agreement by Friday.

The agreement came in Washington, DC, after the government moved to the United States in Kinshasa to help access to minerals, and now both sides are waiting for significant investments facilitated by the US government and the private sector.

Meanwhile, Dr. Congo and the M23 said last week they are committed to peace, which hopes to reach a permanent ceasefire.

For more than a week in talks, Qatar has been described as “Frank and Constructive.

Arsenal fan Treasy Codabka, who is part of the Gunners Peace Campaign, has said the peace talks will not change their ultimate goal for the club to end the deal.

“In one way or another, we find a way to end this conflict, but it’s not the right time for Arsenal to keep the deal,” he told the BBC Sport.

“That’s not giving a good picture.
