Carlo Ancelotti says he welcomes the pressure that arises with the management of Real Madrid and is not concerned about his future talks.
Ancelotti has won two La Liga titles and the Champions League in three seasons since the club’s 2021 move back from Everton in 2021, but the campaign has become more difficult.
Spanish giants beat Arsenal in the Champions League quarter-finals last week, four behind leaders Barcelona in six games.
Arsenal’s defeat linked the Italian squad to the club, while Bayer Leverkusen’s Xabi Alonso is reportedly running for his replacement at the Bernabeu.
“The club is aware that it was a more complicated year than last year,” Ancelotti told a news conference.
“We are running the hard. The honeymoon continues. I’m very happy, I’m very happy, with a lot of pressure, but it’s always like that.
“You see success is very close and it’s normal to increase stress, but pressure is fuel for me, it doesn’t bother me, it gives me more energy to think more.
“As long as I continued to get up in the morning, everything is good.
