But the win was at a high price, with David Alaba and Eduardo Kakavenga injured during the game.
After the game, Barcelona president Carlo Ancelotti released an initial update about the injuries, which showed both players a concern for both players before playing an important game of the weekend.
The Italian has revealed at a post-match press conference that both players are doubtful for Saturday’s final against Barcelona.
“Cammaviga must be seen tomorrow, but he and Alaba are difficult for him to be present on Saturday. Yes, Frane Garcia is the only alternative to the left defender,” the Spaniard said.
Camavenga came to the pitch in the first half to replace Alaba, but he was forced to leave after getting a penalty late in the game.
In his assessment of the game, Ancelotti admitted that the game proved that it was an active game for the club despite ensuring the win.

“I’m not sad because the aim was to get these three points. The first half was better and the second half will suffer more,” he said.
“Geller played like the name and played very well. It’s true that we are looking for more stiffness behind and we have no more influence in front. We have to be more effective.
Ancelotti also touched the performances of several other players, including Enderic, Ibrahim Diaz and Rodrigo.
“Indrick had two chances. The first hasn’t been able to improve. The second is offside.
Rodrigo has to play because if he hasn’t scored for a while, I’m fully confidence in him.”
