A nursing assistant who planned to bombard hospitals and RAF bases has been imprisoned forever.
Mohammed Farooq planned to blow up an ammunition at the St. James Hospital in Leeds in January
Farooq, 29, was charged with the swearing-in-to-self-dependent circumcision by the Crown Crown of Sheffield, with the swearing-in-offs that he wanted to kill as many nurses as possible.
During Friday’s punishment, Farooq was sentenced to 37 years in prison for life.
Ms. Judge Chima-Grob said about 10 kilograms of explosives were put under pressure.
“You have been disappointed in your life, both personally and professionally, because you have not been able to get the standard of work to become a nurse,” he said.
Farooq, who was described by his defense team as autism, looked at the “anti-Western” plate and downloaded the terrorist hand, including one of them on how to make a bomb.
Farooq was appointed as an assistant nursing to the hospital at the time.
He sent a text to a nurse who thought he was working that night and told him there was a bomb in the hospital.
The court heard that this was not to inform the staff and patients, but to start a evacuation in which Farooq could kill more people.
“He wanted to blow up the bomb when the coin was full of nurses and exit,” the judge added.
Farooq planned to take his bomb into the hospital (terrorist in the northeast police)
The court was listening to the patient’s words, and the attacker “speaked outside the hospital by the patient’s Natan Newba.
Judge Chima-Grob says Newbey evidence during the trial “the most interesting of the court was the court he had heard so far,” she said, how Farooq told him how he planned to kill the people.
The judge says Farooq is said to have a personality disorder and may have suffered from depression, but his deterioration did not cause his crimes or did not force his crimes.
“You are a dangerous criminal.
“The kind thinking of a stranger has passed, you and the people you have opened saved you,” the judge said.
He added that Mr. Newbyi’s work “bhink a cruelty”, adding.
The court heard Farooq’s words that he had initially planned to attack the Raf Menouts Hill.
But he felt that the spy base, where we US and British staff, would be well protected, and instead chose to target the hospital.
He was arrested outside the hospital with a pressured cook bomb, which was designed to be double those he used by the Boston Marathon in 2013.
It was told to be drowned in the “extremist Islamic ideology” and went to the hospital through a “terrorist attack” to “teen his own martyrdom.
Prosecutor General Jonathan Sandford KC had earlier said Farooq had protested against several former colleagues and conducted a poisonous pen campaign against him.

Det Sput Paul Greenwoody, head of investigations to counter-terrorism in the northeast, welcomed the sentence.
“Farooq was dangerously close to harming innocent people,” he said.
“Because of Natan Newba’s courage, he never achieved his full plans and instead forced him to face the long-term consequences of extremist ideology and his deep protests.
“Today’s punishment helps us continue to continue the events that morning,” said Professor Fillwood, executive director of Leeds’ educational hospitals NHS Trust.
“It was a very difficult time for the staff and the sick, and I am proud to be proud of the peaceful and professional manner that they responded during the day so that everyone stays safe.
“You want to thank the police for supporting them during the incident and throughout the investigation, and I would like to thank Nathan Newby for his courage and initiative that morning.

Selena Gomez is not unfamiliar with general research, but a new interview led her to take the exam mentally, emotionally and physically.
to advocate their new album I said i love you firstSelena – Benny Blanco warms For a nice interview at the same time, their spices tests.
But that didn’t make their latest experience easier, especially for the former Disney star. Heat began to beat him around the wings four. After that, things were going down and it was impossible for Selena to hide his difficulties.
But it wasn’t until they reached the heat sauce, the most unforgettable reaction.

When they reached the second sauce for the last sauce, Selena began to look at the way an online viewer could feel its natural reactions and immediately tried to pull herself together.
“You know what” he said and stopped the interview. “I’ll give up this path ‘because everyone is going, ‘He was very dramatic!’
“I can now read the comments,” he said. “Well. I’m cool. “We live in a cold world,” Selena said.
But videos showed that she wasn’t actually cool:
If I’m honest, I saw a little sad that Selena would feel that she couldn’t enjoy it completely — and I’m saying, “Enjoy me,” because her language may have felt that she has caught fire.
Well, despite all this, Selena was able to end the challenge and real feelings and everything!

Chicago Beres is in the middle of an important 2025 season, which includes several major steps, including the appointment of new coach Ben Johnson and some professions to help strengthen the internal attacking line.
The bears played a game during the release, which began with the transactions of guards Jona Jackson and added defender Gerady Jarti, defender Daiu Odingbo, Olami Zacius and Devin Duverna, and extremism.
After the first free wave, we will do our best to predict how Brez can appear towards the 2025 season, and it turns out that it is all placed at this point (the upbringing of Putinal in 2025 NFL draft).
sweating
After a year of 12.5 bags, there were many expectations for Probouler Montis Sweet in 2024. But it sank with the bears in the first season, which had the lowest bag in 2021 (5.5) (5.0). The sweat resisted the injuries of the ankle, the toes and shoulders that limited it, but it appeared in every game except one game. The Chicago bus was not a real sweat complement, which focused on two teams and chips, which is the lack of production outside the edge outside the sweat.
Deyo Odingbo
After Dimarcus Wacker’s publication, the bears brought Daio Odingbo (which signed a three-year and $48 million deal) to raise the edge of sweat. While Odingbo wasn’t the big name everyone expected, he’s a young player and he’s flying in this league he can flat on Dennis Allen. Odingbo also brings universality to the defensive line because it can line on the edge or along the inside of the car. We see whether Chicago chooses more than the NFL draft, but Odingbo is the man who has such a contract.
DT Grady Jarrett
Chicago has made a huge increase in the interior defence by signing Gradi Jartt, which was announced by Atlanta Falcons at the beginning of the Free News Agency. Last season, Gareth scored a total of 53, 9 alone, 2.5 bags and 12 QB kicks in 17 Falcons. He was previously a ool-pro and twice Proboller, a number to become a valuable participant. Bears get the dominant interior line and a leader for this young defense. Andrew Billings is also seen in a significant role, because it will rotate three people with Jart, Dexter and Billings.
Dt gesron Dexter
Last season, Jerrovon Dexter was the best surprise of defense in its first season. He set the highest level in his career throughout the burdad, a total of 51, 4, Sax (5.0), QB Hits (19) and Fumble Recoveries (2). Unfortunately, the production of dexiter after the loss of Andrew Billings, was very affected. But he is still fixed as a key player along the defence, and serves the beneficiaries as he continues to learn at Billings and is now Gradi Jartt.
LB TJ Edwards
TJ Edwards will go to the final year of his contract, and he deserved every penalty of his right contract in He set a total of 129 tanlips, six QB stores, one barrier, three buses, one forced feet, two foamble recoveries, the highest level of sports in Sax (4) and telecommunications for losing (12). Edwards has proven that he is an influential sideback outside the ball that can grow in the new defense system Dennis Allen.
LB Tremaine Edmunds
When the bears signed a contract with Tremain Edmonds for four years and $72 million in 2023, he signed it, but he didn’t live at the level of the campaign. While Edmonds had the first straight one, he took a step back in 2024, and would need to prove his value this season. Edmonds, the fourth tallest player of $17.43 million, has a lot to prove this season as the new defense coordinator Dennis Allen is acting. Otherwise, in the final year of his contract in
CB Gylon Johnson
After signing a decent extension outside the season, Jaylon Johnson has once again proved that he is one of the most important players in the Birzeth squad — and one of the best isolation of NFL. Johnson made the second consecutive season of the Pro Bool, which imposed three changes and made his highest level of sporting life in a single (53) and the single to lose (7) all chosen to avoid themselves when they can. He will be the foundation stone of Denis Allen.
CB
Tyrik Stevenson looked interesting for an attractive season in week against Titans, the title of Pick-6 and NFC. Unfortunately, the whole second season was broken by his participation in the defeat of Hail Mary to the commanders, which was seen in videos talking to fans — and weren’t in their place — when the final began. But Stevenson must benefit from the addition of the new coach and the coaching staff.
NCB Kyler Goordon
Kyler Gordon has developed and has become one of Nickel’s best isolations in NFL, and can find more success under the new defense coordinator of Dennis Allen. Last season, he had 75 individuals in his career, including our individuals for defeat, four buses, 0.5 sacks, one forced Fombele, three Fomble recovers and two QB in 15 games. Gordon certainly contains the “aggressive and aggressive defense methods” that Allen is looking for in Chicago. Gordon, who has participated in the final year of the new adult contract, has made a case to extend the contract.
S Kevin Byard
Bears signed Bayard for a two-year deal with $15 million last season, and he was one of the more defenses, posting a high position of 130 individuals in his career, becoming the first defender to lead the team in 2014. Byard also began every game in 2024 that was great for this defense. But beyond his production, he had a general impact, because Byard, as an ancient leader, worked to some extent young people in the secondary stage.
S JAAquan Brisker
Jakwan Brisker was an integral part of the defense, but his health remains the biggest obstacle. Last season, Brisker suffered a third cerebral palsy, missed in weeks in weeks, and during the season. His loss was certainly felt, while Chicago was playing between Elia Hicks and Jonathan Owenz, but his health was more worried. Brisker has said on social media that it is good for this season. And when he must prepare for the extension of the contract, he must play a whole season before the bears feel comfortable with that.
Leon disagreed with FIFA’s decision and said they would appeal the sporting courts of the sport if they had taken their place in the action.
“In the past few months, we have presented all the documents that confirm that Lyon is running independently in all economic, administrative and sporting aspects,” the club said.
The decision to allow both teams to enter by a Costarica club, Deportiva Al-Ajelense, who won the 2023 midfielder, has been challenged. That same year, Lyon was crowned by the winner of the Concacaf Championship, which was received by Pachoka in 2024, which was not affected.
Catherine Ryan, a comedian, has said she has been diagnosed with skin cancer for the second time.
In his podcast, the Canadian star said he had recently removed a cancerous mall on his arm, and would have more measures next week to make sure he was all gone.
41-year-old Stand App, who was first diagnosed with cancer in 2004 when he was a student in Toronto, was removed from the thigh.
This time, he said a doctor initially denied the concerns, but tests showed that the mall “at the beginning of the melanoma.
‘Mall wasn’t right’
“If you know about Milanoma, you know a deadly type of skin cancer,” he said. It is really spreading quickly, and I just felt that this mall was not permissible.
But a doctor who assured him that the mall was not Milanoma, he told the listeners that everything was telling everyone podcasts.
“It’s really easy to identify ‘You’re healthy’ and just stay away… but the mall is constantly changing.
He went to the doctor, who was still saying, “Atteotful, but he removed part of it for testing.
The doctor then called his back and confirmed that his doubts were true – that was Milanoma.
“He was arrested very early, so I doubt it was published,” he said.
“It’s just a crazy feeling for me. What could happen, if I hadn’t been my own defender, and I’ll continue to be my defender,” he said.
Ryan continues on British television programs such as Live in Apollo, 8 out of 10 cats and Netflix’s dual show, Duches.
Last year, British cancer research warned people to work harder to protect themselves from the sun as a number. Milanoma skin cancer cases continue to rise.
The charity predicts that 20,800 records will be identified in 2024 – while between 2020 and 2022 an average of 19,300 cases.
The increase in diagnosis is partly due to population growth and increased awareness of symptoms. Skin cancer.

The charity says they can grow in the current malls, but they are more likely to appear as new signs on the skin.
This can appear anywhere in the body, but the most affected is the back of men and women’s legs.
January 12, 1918. The world is at war. In Washington, British Ambassador to the United States, Sir Cell Spring Rice, writes a letter to former US Secretary of State William Jengings Bryan. In his post, Brothers had worked tirelessly to keep the United States away from war and cut the sword with spring rice. But the ambassador talks about the brothers and the United States in general. “Something is completely sure: In any other country, an Englishman cannot create such a friendship.
It covers a poem that wrote “as a kind of spontaneous spill”. The first line is that “I swear by you, I am all the earthly things above”.
I had no idea that one of our nation’s favorite anthems began to live as part of US and British diplomacy until I was sent to me in a diplomatic book. My grandfather had bought the book. Maybe because of his loyalty – Bahar’s rice was his wife – not interest: the book was not read, and many pages have not been cut off. By reading a pair of shoes, he was taken back to a world that was gone – and he is still familiar with a strange way.
The poem, which was closed by Sir Ceals Spring Rice in a letter to former US Secretary of State William Jengings, in 1918, which later became my anthem, I swear to you, my country – Molland
The rice rice ties with the United States were strong. He was the best man for Theodore Roosevelt, who called him the “spring” and was the father of God for his son Race’s son. Roosevelt helped offer the American elite a spring rice.
In 1915, he stayed with JP Morgan – Lynchpine, in providing the UK War efforts – when a German killer broke, shot and wounded the banker. “I had no part of the battle except trying to take the gun out of the killer’s hand.
However, while the ambassador found that his friendship with Roosevelt—then he became a responsibility in the political cold. A democrat named Woodro Wilson was at the White House and decided to remove the United States from the European war. The concept of “special relationship” did not exist, but the feeling that the United States should be “our side” was strong in Britain. Espering Rice saves him to London constantly reminds the foreign minister that this view is wrong:
“We mistakenly think, because they speak our language, they are an angelsacon people. In fact, they are foreign nations, or rather a few foreign nations. None of these nations are especially friendly for us. People, but we treat nations very well, but by the people, but as if they are treated very well, but by a large people, but we treat them very well, but because they are very good, but because they are very good, but because they are very good. Foreign English foreigners, some of whom have the most homosexuals and speak.”
“We have been proud of our great persecution so long and only when we left that we found that it was impossible to protect it… So we have to find it easy to put ourselves in this country and I hope we try to do that.
Spring Rice’s explanations about the US neutrality today are a familiar blow. First of all, “We create war and they make money,” Rice Spring wrote. “There is a common feeling that whatever happens, the United States must move away from the war, and, while it continues, it will earn a lot of money as much as possible.
“If the United States wants to sell it, they must make it easier for sale; if they don’t facilitate sales, they cannot sell it.
But the development of US welfare was created by a nation that “a completely different and different part of it, which does not speak the same language, or think the same thoughts. “About 13,000,000 Americans speak a foreign language and look at the old people of this country because the Puritans at best considered it a higher happiness.
The United States is divided. The United States has put its interests first of all. And the United States, led by a populist president – whose modesty was completely dictatorial, was the people’s opinion. “It was not a question of what the right thing to do from the abstract view of the abstract view, as it was done, from the perspective of most of his work,” Mantra told Spring Rice.
Former US President Woodro Wilson was known for his unpredictable decisions and had an ‘autocracy’ path to govern his cabinet – the Congressional Library
Wilson’s discourses were “cryptic”. The decision-making process was vague and unpredictable: “We the White House is more viewed as a Vizovis in Napoli; as an unexpected secret source. Wilson “by brought no individual to his lawyer,” but he led an “autocratic” government, treated his cabinet members, just as he was under the rule of the Tudor in England.
As for foreign policy, Wilson had an iron arrest. “The real trade of foreign policy is only treated by the president.” He used “secret foreigners, who have passed the long-term successor through the White House. There is also one after another, who are thrown away one after another.
With the US economic growth and its population division, Wilson’s foreign policy aimed to keep the United States away from the European war and mediate peace. “I’m sure we’ll make a mistake if we take into account the active US intervention as one of the advocates of global peace. Every reference to the opposite direction refers to the opposite direction,” Rice Spring wrote in July 1916.
His army was “complete”, “all with men, transportation or explosives were not provided to a very large force. The ambassador has repeatedly reminded London of how German society is properly organized and puts pressure on Wilson to restrict financial and export to allied – “the Federal Bank’s request to disappoint in investing in the British Treasury Bill. As the 1916 presidential election approached, Wilson “provided Germany’s political policy is not so dangerous as a supportive policy.
Spring rice predicts that if the United States enters the war, it must be “a US war in defending US interests. In 1917, these interests began to threaten. Germany’s attacks on neutral sailors have begun disrupting US exports. The release of a secret German cable to the Mexican government, which proposes a German/Mexico coalition against the United States, is angry. But like Bahar Rice, just a month before the United States declared a war against Germany in April 1917, US policy was “a part of support but anti-British, and that’s a support because it is anti-German.
When he was at war, Wilson’s view of “peace was without victory… victory meant peace that would be forced on the loser”. They initially proposed a peace and spring cycle of Rice and told Wilson, “How consciously we were that the US president should play now. Wilson “the fact that he admitted that he regretted it. The United States was the Titan of the New World – but it was hesitant.
In his last meeting with Wilson, Spring rice said how the horror and sacrifice of war may bring together their two nations. “We can be close to endure all the terrible struggles of this terrible struggle if they eventually lead to a close, secure and permanent understanding among the English-speaking peoples.
Of course, our world is different in many ways for the world in which spring rice lives. So what light, if there is, can he pour his experiences and comments on today’s turbulent policy? Maybe two things.
The first is that as it is now, the US president had put US interests first. “We have no permanent allies, and we have no permanent enemies. Our interests are permanent, and it is our duty to follow,” Palmerston said. This is obviously a depth of restlessness – a cold rain, we are awake from the sewage of Europe in 1945, it breaks our hypothesis that only because the United States has troops on the continent and is a NATO member, if we attack us. So the United States may simply return to typing. Apart from that this is a new world, we may go back to the old world.
But it is certainly an inevitable conclusion: When US interests are threatened or attacked, it works to defend – as in 1917, and again in 1941. This may be simply in economic interests. Or perhaps action, when it comes, shows that we are linked to something deeper than only material improvement. Spring Rice wrote to Roosevelt that he believed the Americans and the British shared:
Lord Bridges between 1912 and 1918, in the letters of Spring Spring rice, British Ambassador to the United States,
“Wherever we stop, this point is for us where we owe all our loyalty, loyalty to our homes, not to a foreign force, whether for our competition or another. They have between the will between them or between them.
Read this now:
“The descendants of the people who have fought for this country, which have created things in this country, and who fight and die to protect this country if they are asked. It is a nation and its citizens deserve those leaders who put their interests first of all.”
This was the speech of Vice President JD Vace for the Republican National Conference last year. “I swear my country,” but I swear my country.

Every Uber driver in the UK will be eligible to take 20 hours of free children according to a new plan aimed at getting more taxis.
They can use it for 2025 through the Parents app.
“We really want more female drivers to pull more female drivers on the Uber platform,” said Andrew Bream, CEO of the UK.
But the Independent Workers’ Union (IWGB), which represents drivers, said, “Anyone who can see through it” called “PR cynic.
“If Ober really wants to support families, they will pay the necessary money to drivers to rest with their children,” he told the BBC.
“Instead of that, the small amount of money for Ober forced drivers to spend so much time on the roads that in many cases breaks the relationships and families are spoiled,” he said.
Ober said he tested free children’s care with 1,000 drivers and had a very positive answer – with 96% of those who participated and say it will facilitate jobs.
Now, the plan will be extended to more than 100,000 Uber drivers in the UK.
“As some other professions, (Ober driving) accidentally most of them are male – that’s not something we like,” BBC News told the BBC News.
He expects free children to be used by current drivers, not new drivers, “but it’s more. I think drivers are used to doing this.
“With without any cost, you have experience, and you will see your easier to take care of children through this special method,” he said.
Mr. Brem said that the UK will keep the UK open for the year and then “see how it goes,” in terms of extension.
The company hopes the move will help reduce drivers who have been on strike in recent months during the money they say is unfair.
in October, Ober drivers in Glasgow told the BBC. In 2024, their salaries had fallen, despite the increase in the price of rising to its customers.
Then in January, in January attractive drivers said They worked “very hours” despite having a family at home.
“I haven’t yet had a survey of employees, including ourselves, where people don’t say they want to have more income,” Mr. Brem said.
“I understand that our main role in helping them further, but, is to keep the platform superior, so we focus on the development of desire,” he said.
Mr. Brem said that now drivers can see how much money they have earned every week compared to the amount of money that Uber receives.
He added that he comes out of the locks, there has been an “therebreaking income” for drivers, because demand has been more than providing available riding.
“We are more in a normal situation now, but it may affect some of the experiences that drivers had,” he said.
Ober also highlighted the experience of the mother of three children who participated in the pilot of his children and said it was “great rising.
Tanya Nasir said she used children’s care and went out with her friends while working.
“As a mother, it is important for me to accuse my batteries to be there for my children,” she told the BBC News.
“Now, I can rent a cigarette for the weekend and then I can work at the weekend, and they are the most crowded hours.
“In an ideal, yes, the salary increase will be very good, but now it seems to work what it is like,” he said.
Children’s care is offered through the children’s and parents’ care app called Bubble, which is compatible with children.
Drivers can use free watches whenever they want, not just when they work for Uber.
Mr. Brem says he hopes drivers who use children’s care plans “acknowledge that this is valuable that they want to continue” after using free watches.
The BBC found that drivers were provided with different rents – with some of them 47% less than the total rent.
