Oli Watkins has a message to Aston Villa CEO Unai Emery.

The striker said he was the only substitute for both Villas in the Champions League quarter-finals against Paris Saint-Germain.

But against Newcastle on Saturday, he made his anger completely with the channel when he scored in the first minute and put another to encourage the club to win a 4-1 win.

His goal meant to become Villa’s top scorer in the Premier League – alongside Gabriel Agbonlahoo on 74 goals.

However, despite the fact that Watkins has only kicked off in all competitions in his last six games, which is the fact that he doesn’t like the best way.

Manchester United striker Markus Rashford began Tuesday’s Champions League clash with Watkins in the second half and the Villa ended in the second half.

“I’ve played 20 minutes against Paris Saint-Germain in both games. I’m not lying. I was angry when I’m not playing.

“The manager must respect his decision, but I’m not one of the players who happily sit on the bench.

“This is something he hasn’t experienced before. I wanted to leave the pitch much more. I’ve seen a big part to reach the place where we live today and I want to play in those games,” he said.

When asked about Watkins’ comments, Emery replied: “It’s imaginary to be angry and imaginary for him to play as it is (against Newcastle).
