Neymar has left the pisele in tears for just 34 minutes in his first Serie A game this season, after injury after injuring his leg for making 100 appearances for Santos.
The 33-year-old striker was wearing a 100th special shirt to commemorate a centuries of appearances for the boys at home at the Villa Belmirro Stadium.
But the celebrations were shortened because the Brazilian’s all-time recording goalkeeper pointed to the substitute for a short time after half an hour that he could no longer continue and was visible when he left the stadium on a big car.
Santos beat Atletico MG 2-0, and Neymar’s first start to Brazil’s domestic league this season after returning to the squad last week against Flominans after six weeks of misery with a hamstring injury.

But his manager said the injury rate remained clear.
“It’s too early to respond to any decisive response. We don’t have yet to identify,” said Cesar Sampao, a former Santos coach.
“Now we really have to pray that it is not something that keeps it out for a long time.
Neymar returned to Santos in late January, making eight appearances, scoring three goals.
The former Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain stars have not played for the national club since October
He was named in the Brazil squad for the World Cup qualifiers against Argentina and Colombia but was forced to withdraw with a hamstring injury.
Santos is currently 12th in the league after four games, one winning one, winning one and losing two.
