The best college wrestlers in the world will participate in the NCAA Division i This year, it will be held from Thursday to Saturday at the Wales Fargo Center in Philadelphia.
Three hundred and thirty athletes will participate in the tournament twice. Ten individual champions are being crowned throughout the weight classes, but only one program wins the national title. (Pinn Stight won the first championship of 2024.) Also, eight main participants in each category of weight will be awarded the American Awards.

What is the electoral process and the rules of the tournament?

NCAA wrestling championships will have a total of 330 rivals. Wrestlers can secure a place in the tournament in different stages of the qualifying.

A wrestler wins an automatic qualifying for the national championship if they win their conferences in their own weight category. Each conference tournament will be devoted at least 10 points for each category.
What are the laws?

33 wrestlers (see 1 to 33) will participate in 10 lower weight categories: 125, 133, 141, 149, 157, 165, 174, 184, 197 and 285 pounds.

The tournaments have five stages: the first round of 32, the last 16, the quarter-finals, the semi-finished and the final.

The two lowest seeds play a wrestling pig in each category of weight, which is a preliminary race or qualification, which starts the tournament. The winners will advance to the first round of the tournament and will participate in the lead. The losing rival is wrestling in the brackets of comfort, known as wrestling.

How will the games be recorded?
The wrestlers will participate in seven-minute games divided into three stages. The first round is three minutes, and the other two are two minutes each. An athlete can win a game in three different ways: in a competitor in a different movement, getting a technical fall or the opponent’s kick.
Individual games in scoring:

Takedown (3 points): When a wrestler takes off their opponent from a neutral situation.

Reverse (2 points): A defense wrestler gains control of the opponent or reverses a position on the mat or in the rear stops.

Benefits of riding time (1 dot): If an attacker employs an attacker, the clock will start recording it as a riding time.
So, how does the team’s goals work?
The winners take points for their successes, which also helps the general rankings of their teams. There are three ways that a team can score in the tournament:

Bonus points: Awards to win a game by a significant difference of success, such as falling, technical failure, or big decisions, increasing the general score.

Point progress: The wrestlers give a point for each game they have received in the tournament, and half a point to win the secure Broadcast.

How does a game end?
