BBCLawyers told the BBC that more than 40 men have now come forward and the former CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch (A&F) accuses of sexual assault, sexual assault or drugs.
Mike Jeffrey, who was accused of sexual intercourse in October, faces several civilian lawsuits that claimed to have attacked men under the guise of modeling with the brand brand.
