Manchester City fans plan to increase tickets protests

Manchester City fans have planned to protest against things that the club’s rejection of the number of seasonal tickets.

Despite winning four Premier League titles and recovering this season to third place, there are protests among some supporters.

A group protested this month’s second protests before they beat Aston Villa on Tuesday, along with three main issues:

  • The Etihad Stadium has increased by 9,000 in recent years, but the seasonal tickets are less than six years ago.

  • This means that fans must pay up to £88 for adults day tickets or up to £58 for a child.

  • Tickets are then sold through third-party sites at a swelling price.

After beating Villa, the city’s manager Pep Guardiola said he was “in the side of the people” and “hearted his feelings.

Now the Group of 1894 of the Fans Organization has planned more protests for domestic matches with Wolves on May

Organizers are asking their supporters to stay in the Federal Convention until the sixth minute.

They say this coincides with the number of years they have chosen to sell ‘new’ tickets.

The fans believe the situation will get worse next season when the stadium will rise to more than 60,000 people. They claim that most of these new seats are sold as hosting companies.

“The empty seat for a big game tells his story last night,” a group spokesman in 1894 said. “Unfortunately, it has been a common topic throughout the season.

“The roots of all the problems in City are over. The club does not understand their fans. Not only they do, they prefer to try and produce fair climate supporters, not those who have traditionally made us one of the best clubs in a country for a century.

City are not alone in limiting the number of games that lose the seasonal tickets in one campaign.

Their official website encourages fans not to participate in the games to sell their tickets to them, which puts a cup on the number of times that can happen.

“The ticket members of the seasons must play in the game, list on the ticket stock exchange, or move their tickets to at least 14 games at home in a season,” he said.

“If this criterion is not implemented, you may not be able to continue using your season tickets.

Theoretically, which must be sure of their stadium, which has a capacity of 53,0

However, the supporters claim that return tickets are then sold, or by the club or through one of its large ticket partners, often at a higher price.

The FA FA (FSA) says City’s position on the season’s ticket represents a “cultural change” at the incentive clubs to buy them to provide income security.

Instead, the clubs have realized that individuals with fewer supporters playing less, they are likely to spend more on the stadium.

“We are completely against secondary ticket sites due to rising prices beyond the ticket value of tickets,” a FSA spokesman said.

“In addition, there are a number of clubs that are in great demand for tickets that do not sell any other seasonal tickets. That is a major cultural change in the previous position they had before.

Manchester City have been contacted to respond.
