Arn Slot doesn’t want to make changes to Liverpool to win the Premier League and the only focus of Sunday’s trip to Fulham.
The Reds took another giant step towards the 20th Record title, scoring the first goal and beating Mercedes Everton 1-0 on Saturday night, with just 13 points from eight games to win the trophy.
But Slott highlighted the difficult nature of the game against Tafi as one of the reasons why Liverpool are not ahead.
“Many theory can happen. Yesterday we felt how difficult it was to win a Premier League game.
“He’s telling you that he’s going to leave eight games, every game is challenging – starting with Fulham, which has a very good season as well,” he said.
“We don’t work on theories about how many points, we take the challenge of Fulham, which we need to be at our best once again to achieve a result.

Jones may continue on a right-back
England midfielder Kurtis Jones has made an amazing surprising defender against Everton and may repeat the role against Fulham if Conversary Bradley is not considered appropriate for his trip to Kraven Kotic.
“Trent ( Alexander-Arnold) and Joe Gomez will not return in the coming weeks,” Slot said.
“Conor (Bradley), we have to wait and see if he will be ready for the squad for Sunday. Curtics (from the right behind) because he did well, but Jarel (Kunash) was good in the post several times, so let’s wait and see.
Slott was not sure whether Alisson would return from the Golden after suffering a hamstring injury with Brazil. Kawimeh Keller took his place against Everton.
“It’s simple with Allison, it’s a brain vibration and you have to spoil all boxes and the moment he scores – we follow the protocol,” he said.
Rest times are not necessarily beneficial
Liverpool will rest after Fulham’s 16th round of the Champions League at the hands of Paris Saint-Germain.
It may be used in the title competition, but Slot quickly admits that he preferred to participate in his team.
“Looking in the past eight months is a loss because how much we did by playing every three days? But there must be a few moments that we had a week rest and I assume that we only lost once.
“I wanted to play in the Champions League quarter-finals, but unfortunately we played for Paris Saint-Germain and now this is our situation and we have accepted it,” he said.
“It’s also a challenge because players stay twice a week – now you have to make more efforts during training. You can’t make it difficult for you to work against Everton or Paris Saint-Germain if you don’t work enough within the week.
