Leicester City have been sent to an independent commission by the Premier League for violating Iraqi financial laws allegedly in the 2023-24 season.
The court also ruled that the Premier League has not been able to punish Fox for violating the rules of profits and continuing the Premier League for the 2022-23 season because the club had fallen at the end of the season on a starting journey.
However, the same court ruled that the Premier League has a judicial authority to investigate the club for violating the rules of the Premier League in the 2023-24 season.
The Independent Commission also evaluates two other violations by the Foxes; Until December 31, 2024, they could not submit the accounts to the Premier League, and “they didn’t provide a complete and quick help to the Premier League in response to questions of the league.
“The club is planning to participate in this matter now that the judiciary is established for that period, which expires in the fiscal year (firm 2024),” said Leicester, who has been relegated to the tournament for the second time in three years this season.
