Leicester City have been sent to an independent commission by the Premier League for violating Iraqi financial laws allegedly in the 2023-24 season.
The court also ruled that the Premier League has not been able to punish Fox for violating the rules of profits and continuing the Premier League for the 2022-23 season because the club had fallen at the end of the season on a starting journey.
However, the same court ruled that the Premier League has a judicial authority to investigate the club for violating the rules of the Premier League in the 2023-24 season.
