The study, supervised by the forensic medicine and the evidence presented by two doctors involved in the Campbell Monitoring, found that he had died for natural reasons, saying “lost opportunities” to identify the proper identification of the Campbol “not more than the lowest number of deaths.
The Campbell’s death and his illness are in a wider concern about NHS monitoring standards.
“I think we have seen a significant decline in patients’ quality of monitoring because of the significant financial problems that have NHS,” said Dr. Luke Luke Munford, a senior professor of health at the University of Manchester.
“NHS suggests that 90% of heart patients can be seen within 18 weeks. In Manchester, it’s 54 percent.
“Manchester receives about £2
“England is really suffering from a postcode lottery. The people of the north are at the mercy of the health system and internal care, even if they have significant personal wealth.
“If we look at the budget cuts, prevention of areas such as Manchester has fallen much worse than southeastern England. Dr. Manford said he was worried that there would be more examples of cases such as the Campbell.
“Keven Campbell was a great inspiration and we have deep sympathy with his family and friends,” a spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare told the BBC.
“This government repairs our NHS, so it works for all patients. It doesn’t matter where we live and our fundamental change from disease to prevention is very important in fighting health inequality, making people healthier and reduce pressure on NHS.
“Under our plan for change, we also put the safety of patients at the forefront and we will invest 26 billion pounds of NHS to reduce expectations and save life.
“We once again offer our deep condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Campbell for their great loss. It is clear that everyone has made every effort to pay attention to him, and there is no evidence that he could avoid Mr. Campbell,” he said.
“We are committed to the continuous improvement of the quality of monitoring that we offer our patients. While there are surveillance parties that could have been better done, the forensic medicine found that these did not participate more than the lowest number of deaths.
