The first phase of the famous Supreme Court’s case has found that former football online posts about the former England striker, Ini Alco and his family meant defamation.

After Barton twice on social media, X, in January 2024, when a judge decided to defame, faced a threat of violence and torture on social media, which was published twice on the social media site.
