Social media has changed every number of things in the world to our lives, but one of those who impress me is that it has given us “equality.
Let me explain it. A few months ago, an X user posted a picture of a group of young women who seemed more or less wearing the same clothes: a light jeans with a liquid leg, white shoes and a black veil.
This dress was so familiar that people called the Gen Z dress. The speech resumed only this week when Bachelor’s degree Star Chelsea’s von TikTok talks about the same clothes:
“I was sitting in a bar last night, a group of girls walking together, and they looked equally,” Voven said in the video. “It seemed that they were all like, ‘Hey yes, black head, completely the same jeans cut, completely the same jacket full of feathers?'”
Return to Voven, and TikTok’s algorithm:
Now, I want to be clear that Gen Z is not the only generation to have “equal”. I remember the days when they all wore a short-sleeved T-shirt on long-sleeved T-shirts. And von spoke about the “Cropid and evil knot” process, which was a thousand-year-old dress.
Many comments on Von’s video agree that the thousands should not be one of the talk.
Others believe that it is not tied to age: more than that conservatism and equality are now “in it.
The current political climate can have much relationship with it, especially in the United States. But my theory is that it is much more related to social media and the pressure it puts on young people.
We don’t talk about it anymore. If the algorithm is an algorithm, many of us are going to be served in the social media platform. The result is that everyone has the same thing. When shopping was more online than online, we may have the opportunity to search more than search?
This type of “flat” of style means that we may see less of the special styles of style, as it theorizes this commentator.
Or it may be just easier! There is something that should be said about the simplicity of compliance with the “basic” mode. I want to know what your opinion is: Is what the generation of “the uniform” is a problem? What uniforms do you connect with your generation? Let me know in the comments!
