Four police officers are being investigated for interaction with a woman who believed she was killed by her husband.

Police officers said officers were notified of discipline about their dealings with a rape report by Harshita Brella.

Investigations believe the 24-year-old was drowned by Pankaj Lamba, 23, in Corby, Northamptonshair on the evening of November

His body was found in Botti Vocshole, a silver chair in Elford, east of London, four days later.

Prosecutors have allowed Mr. Lamba to be charged with murder, two charges of sexual assault, sexual assault and control or forced behavior.

But he seems to have fled the UK.

The Independent Police Authority (IOPC) said it would collect and review evidence of the relationship that the force had with the victim.

IOPC Director Derrick Campbell said two officers with disciplined “in general misconduct” and two officers were served for “cability behavior.
