Harry Kane himself opened himself how he developed his penalty style, influenced people like Neymar and Mario Balotelli.
Initially, he is known for his strong way, and now the England captain is now primarily reading the goalkeeper’s moves.
Speaking to TNT Sports Brasil, Kane explained how to monitor the first-class penalties inspired to adjust his routine.
Barcelona midfielder says there are several players who have been punished in this way throughout the years.
“I think (some players) come to my head, Mario Balotelli was like this, Neymar was like this.
“There were players waiting for the goalkeeper before they hit him. It was never something I did before, I went to more power and accuracy.
Kane’s decision to renew the penalty was influenced by his experience at the 2022 World Cup, which lost an important punishment in England’s quarter-final defeat to France.

While in the same game he changed the previous penalty, the second attempt went by a ship over the bar – a moment that continues to drive it.
“When I lost the penalty at the World Cup, I felt there was something I could change, especially if you take two penalties in a game.
“It’s something I wanted to try to improve. Thank God it’s been fine since then.
Since joining Bayern Munich, Kane has scored 34 goals in 41 appearances this season, leading the Bundesliga with 23 goals.
The important thing is that he has been without flaws at the penalty area – changing all nine penalties so far in this campaign.
“I always try to find small ways to be better,” he said.
“That’s one of them. It’s definitely helping my penalties. I’m obviously running away. I just have to continue what I’m doing.
