West Ham coach Graham Potter believes Nicolas Folkloog’s recent explosion was not “be helping the club” and that the players would like the players to express their concerns behind closed doors.
Germany striker Fulkrough has accused several friends of not listening to Potter after West Ham admitted at home last week.
The 32-year-old has said he was “very angry” about the lack of motivation from his team-mates.
“I think he’s wearing his heart on his arm,” Potter said before West Ham’s trip to Brighton on Saturday.
– I disagree with him in some things and agree with him in others.
“But he has the right to have his own opinion. As a high-level player, we have had very honest discussions.
“Then we are moving forward as a group. How is that? You must be honest.
“We have a responsibility to the team and the club. And from my own point of view, sometimes I can be honest what I really feel. But I don’t think it helps the players.
“So, we all have to be aware of our responsibilities.
West Ham has accumulated just 13 points from 13 league games since Potter moved up to 17th in the Premier League.
Hammers will travel to Brighton on Saturday and Hove Albion, 10th.
