Five Israeli men were acquitted of all charges in Cyprus court in Cyprus court for raping a British woman who was allegedly massive.

The Famagosta Criminal Court has cleaned up five suspects, two charges, one rape charges, one charges of forced sexual intercourse, one charges of sexual assault and one kidnapping.

He told police that he was sexually assaulted by five Israeli citizens in September 2023. The five suspects aged between 19 and 20 came from the town of Majd al-Krum.

The trial began in October 2023 by the Famagust Criminal Court, which is only in the north, whether it is Napha, which the British woman reported the attack.

They denied all the charges.

The court said the woman’s testimony was unreliable, there was disunity and weakness that was related to the fact that individuals were recognized and the charges were charged.

The panel of three specific judges determined the error that “not an unusual attack” in such circumstances, but decided that his testimony had had many contradictions.

The court ruled that in his statement that he claimed that it was drawn from a party of 100 people, he was not convinced, as a friend of the witness that he had seen simply going up to one room with another.

While laboratory tests showed that the woman ate a significant amount of alcohol and was also influenced by drugs (MDA and MDMA), the court ruled that it was not to the extent that she could deprive her of sex.

The court also ruled that his claims that he was shouting for helping during mass rape was not convincing, as two people had said they had not heard of anything.

The woman told a policeman that she had sex with someone who had sex on the same sex, but in later statements it had turned into two people.

The judges said the woman said the sexual intercourse was carried out by three people while identifying five men in the room. In the next statement, he mentioned five men of sexual acts.

The court also concluded that it could not be safely determined whether the cuts found on the woman’s body had not continued before and that it may have been the result of mating of consensus.
