Atlanta Falcons manager Rahim Morris says he does not expect Quarterback Kick Cuzins to be part of the club’s volunteer program outside the season, due to the stagnation of “commercial”
Morris said Customs had met one by one, with CEO Terry Fontenot and his owner Arthur Blanc and his wishes to become a major quar-back in NFL this season.
Falcons have joined Michael Pnix Jr. as their main player for the near future. Cuzinz was on the bench in Week
“I’m not going to be stupid to think about voluntary work,” Morris told the annual NFL meeting on Tuesday morning. “Now, we are dealing with a business situation. … We are dealing with that kind of feeling. I don’t think he is there.
Morris says Falcons will stay comfortable with Customs, such as the substitute quarterback. But that does not mean that Falcons rejects commercial cousin if the right contract is on the table. But Czezh has a trading provision, so it must cleanse any possible exchange.
Customs owes $27.5 million in 2025 to $10 million, which is also guaranteed, in 2026. Atlanta was due to the fact that it had previously allocated the money for the quarterback post, although it is not the ideal to pay a backup.
“I know exactly who he is,” Morris said of Customs. “There is definitely a human aspect, when we want to see him go out and be his best version. This is not something we stop you.
In 2012, Morris met Czezer, who was a young player with Washington, and was coach of the staff.
“I know he wants to try to become a starter somewhere,” Morris said. “It’s sure I’ve been clearly contacted with me and anyone else who has the opportunity to talk to them. I know that.
Falcaons signed Cuzins as a free player last season and was 8th in Penix a month later. Cuzins was surprised that the team took a quarback in the first round. But his cousin Falcons clearly stated that they were their main player for 2025 and later.
Cuzins took the lead in the Falcaons to start 6-3, including 509 yards 509 goals against Tampa Bay Bokanes in Week 5. Pnix was the lead player in Week 16.
Customs told NFL Network in February that he suffered a straight and knee injury with a kick in week 10 against New Orleans. Earlier, Customs said he was completely healthy and that the struggle was not due to injury.
Falcons is only a cousin and arm in the injury report during the week 11.
Cuzinz was a model for the end of 2024 as a reserve player, and Morris doesn’t expect him to change if he returns to Atlanta next season.
“We’re still feeling very strong that Kirk quarterback is our substitute,” Morris said. “We still have a very strong feeling about human beings. We still feel very strong about where he is right now. You know, we know we know this is a business.
