“It was a very good week for everyone in Newcastle after winning the Carabao Cup and I’m really happy.
He has played 33 times for Newcastle this season, with the club fifth in the Premier League and the Champions League next season.
“Fabeen has been excellent at the club and has shown a fantastic position on the pitch,” Newcastle president said.
“He’s ever been a heartbeat of the season and he will continue to be a starter for us while we are trying to get up as much as we can,” he said.
