
The competition that may not jump for all football fans at first.
But the rivalry is exactly what Palace and Brighton have.
Everything began when the two teams played with each other five times in

Brighton coach Muller later says a heated coffee was poured by Palace fans.
“So I took out a hand out of my pocket, threw it on the ground and shouted, ‘It’s just something you deserve, Crystal Palace,” he told the Guardian.
Brighton was previously known as the dolphins but changed their title to Marmelka, and Palace fans say it was to be similar to their title, which is an eagle.
Palace has been in the Premier League since 2013 – The icons of Wilfried Zaha beat Brighton in the semi-finals of the tournament by signing a victory in Wembley.
The game also had its own problems, but, as in their dressing room logging before the game, the palace team found a stool on the ground.
Both are now in the Premier League, teams are meeting more regularly – with a number of recent fierce confrontations. Before Saturday’s match, which was full of events, five previous games in Sellest Park ended 1-1
This time, Palace won a long-term game and lives in memory – completing their first dual course over Brighton in 1932-33, when they were both in the third round.
