
“Dineder was the first to be a big family and we only sat with the players in Cantanet and ate it, so we started a conversation in an organic manner,” Menonon said.
“He asked what I could do for him. I told him we could try this. He asked me to try immediately. That’s the moment I was opened in front of me.
“After that, Joe Cole, Frank Lampard, John Terry began to come to me to try it.
“The medical department was imaginary and made me part of their team, although I was from a different discipline.
Menon’s sessions included meditation, sharpening of the players’ approaches and sending negative thoughts that can be under pressure, flying and research research.
“I was someone who didn’t have a title, I learned to protect the players and how to balance them spiritually and emotionally and eventually affect them physically,” Menonon said.
“They are human and need a friend to laugh with, talk about and then open.
“You have to be happy in your mind in sports and business. It’s the same thing.
Menonon was a continuous presence in the Chelsea rear for 13 years, under the hands of managers such as Carlo Ancelotti, Rafael Benitez, Jose Mourinho, Antonio Conte and finally Thomas Tuchel.
“I have the chance to be part of all the jackets that have won since 2010,” he said.
“What an experience, it was an incredible space, I miss it a lot, it’s clear.
