Chelsea manager Inzu Mareska says Jadon Sancho “causes him better,” but insists he “not Taymat” to talk about the player’s future.
“The striker could return to Manchester United when he ended on a loan deal with the Blues at the end of the season,” he said.
The 25-year-old has joined Chelsea on a loan move to £25m, but has been fined £5m in penalties if they are selected for signing.
Sancho has scored just two goals in 29 appearances since joining Chelsea and dried up in all competitions.
When asked if he wanted to sign Sancho forever, Maresca said: “I’m completely focusing about nine games left to leave. I’m looking forward to it.
“The situation of Jadon doesn’t change. In terms of numbers, he could improve, of course. That’s not only about Jadon, but we have more players in the same situation.
Mareska also spoke of reports of cancellation of a holiday for the first team who did not choose for international mission in March after beating them 3-0 under the age of 21 at the training ground.
“The players have lost their “high standards” but then they played with the situation and have increased “nothing” and “it was normal for the players to be calm” during the international holiday.
Maresca squad has been linked with a move to Chelsea on Thursday with a return to Col. Palmer, Nicolas Jackson and Noney Madluke.
“They are all good, it is good news. When they are not there for different reasons, we will fight,” the Italian said.
“It’s exactly what happened when we had five or six months of incredible months and then we had six or seven injuries and lost something.
But midfielder Romeo Lavia has a “small problem” and is a big doubt about the fight against Ange Koglo.
