
Manchester United midfielder Casemiro says it was “one of the most successful seasons” in his career.
Casemiro won 18 champions at Real Madrid in nine years, including five Champions League Cups.
The 33-year-old has won the FA Cup and the Premier League after a £70m move for United in 2022.
United are 16th in the Premier League with one game left, but they can still end the season with Golden Players if they beat Tottenham in the Europa League final on Wednesday.
Despite the disappointment season, Casemiro has said he is “proper” because he has made his way back to the team.
The Brazilian knocked out of the game by former Eric coach Eric after scoring two goals in September, scoring two 3-0 against Liverpool.
And when Ruben Amurim took office as manager in November, Casemiro was an unuseed substitute player in nine of his first 13 games.

“I’ve been going through a moment like this, when the coach doesn’t count on you, but you will continue to work, keep doing things,” he said.
Despite the slow start under Amrom, Casemiro has played an important role in the United States in the Europa League – 12 times and scoring goals in each of the semi-finals against Athletic Bilbao.
