Brentford defender Ben Mi has revealed that he will leave the club at the end of the season.
The 35-year-old joined Brentford in July 2022 and has made 67 appearances for the former Under-21 midfielder Burnley after 11 years after 11 years.
However, he has made just two Premier League games this season and five outside the bench.
The last game at home will be Sunday’s derby against Fulham.
“This is a unique club full of imaginary people and I’m really proud and I’m grateful that I enjoyed playing here.
“I’m still there much more on the pitch and I’m definitely looking for that somewhere next season and then I’ll do that,” he said. For now, let’s hope that we can have a strong ending for the season.
Brentford coach Thomas Frank has added: “Been has imagined for us. The first season was great; He was a large part of us in the ninth place in the Premier League.
“He hasn’t been so much since that two seasons, but he’s always shown when he’s called. Ben is a key player and a key person.
