“Representation of your country is a privilege, and in sports it is achieved through the qualification process, which, while it’s not always enough, gives everyone the same opportunity to win elections,” Connor wrote.
“From the background of the working class, I don’t like the potential priority that people, especially future athletes, do not have the same opportunity to develop and compete because of their finances.
“I wish there was more transparency and honesty about the financial situation of our governance agencies and how our sport is run to become the position.
In a statement, British sports (UKA) said the money is likely to be below £500 and athletes were aware of the cost when expressing interest in competition.
He added that with adding more competition for the calendar, “impossible” is to provide the budget of all teams.
“The election athletes have also been advised to be 1,100 pounds, which may be below £500, and in some cases around £250, with more participation in their country’s sports organization,” the statement said.
“Oka feels better to give athletes the opportunity to participate in the elections than to choose teams at all.
The winner of the silver medal and now world analyst Hannah England says the idea of athletes worthy of the competition is “really worried and sad” but not just enough money to go around it.
“20 million pounds from the UK’s sports budget will go to the UK sports and then ask athletes to pay to participate. That’s not like a good narrative,” England told the BBC
“But that money is audited and must be produced by the Olympic medal. This is a new tournament, so there is no background for the Olympics that come in the event.
“So either asks people to participate or not send a team. And it’s really difficult for people to have a stomach.
The tournament is one of a series of events in which British sports calls for participation, up to £200 for the under-23 tournament in July in Bergen.
“We acknowledge that the relevant financial commitment can provide obstacles to some athletes. To solve this, the UKA track team is committed to working closely with athletes who face financial difficulties to search for treatments that activate their ability to participate,” Atletico said.
