Barcelona defender Map Lyon was fined two La Liga games after the incident in February with Espanyol defender Daniela Caracas in February.
The Spaniard was accused of “violating the privacy” of Colombian defender on February 10 after he was captured in the Groin area while Espanyol defended a corner.
Espanyol expressed their “all protest and condemnation” of the incident, after a video of the video was posted on social media.
Lyon has played two games for “The incident with Daniela Caracas” and will not comment.
Last week, he was suspended against Atletico Madrid and will not feature in Barcelona’s next game against Real Madrid.
Leon refused to reach Caracas inappropriately, saying he had no relationship with his private parts.
“I didn’t, and I didn’t mean to violate the intimacy of his professional friends Daniela Caracas,” Ivanka said.
Barcelona failed to appeal the penalty.
Catalonia are four points clear at the top of the table and have five games left this season.
