An Alabama governor ordered a police officer who did not prove to be defensive when he shot at a black man standing in his front courtyard after detecting video footage, the officer fired 18 bullets less than two seconds.

The Morgan Circle Judge Charles Elliott rejected Marott’s proposal to reject the case in a defensive meeting. The new trial has been set for June, but the defender can appeal the Elliott’s decision to the state court.
