The northern region, known as the Trentino, or officially gives autonomous autonomy province to Italy or Italy, living abroad to rebuild one of the many abandoned houses in the area where the Dolomites meet with the Alps. But instead of offering one dollar houses, like many parts of southern Italy and its islands, Trentino has allocated 10 million euros (about $11 million) to encourage both the current housing and rehabilitation in the next two years.
“The goal is to revive local societies and promote territorial unity,” said Maurizio Fogatti, president of Terento, at an event that presents the project.
The restrictions include 200,000 euros (about $217,000) for renovation, or 120,000 euros (about $130,000) in the new owner’s pocket, which has led someone to enter and create a large villa that fits the village village.
There are no cups on the purchase price, but the aid is 20,000 euros to cover between 35-40% of the total cost.
On the orders that the aid receiver lives there for 10 years or rent the house for the long-term tenant, the plan prohibits anyone from making short-term fees, especially near the abdominal hills and hot bathrooms.
Each individual is also limited in three housing units, that is, no one can enter and buy the whole village.
People under the age of 45 who lived in the area are not asked for their program, which is intended to ban households with children from demanding repairs in the homes they live in.
The area hopes to end the 33 towns where houses will be available in April. Excellent mountainous areas such as Val de Non, which has exceeded 11 percent without a population, is expected to create the list. In the same area, the Val de Sol, the Rabi and Vermileo villages (which contained World War I 2024), are all sure they will create the list.
“The initiative has been set for the municipalities that have suffered a significant loss of population in the past decade,” Nicola Theofilo, who wrote to the website Immobilia News, wrote for the immobiliare News website. “These are lands that have a strong cultural identity and natural scenery, have seen a decrease in the population.
The initial list of the eligible communities can be modified if people are not enough to buy houses, or if there is no qualified house in the market.
