Whether we like it or not, artificial intelligence changes our way of working. Having some AI’s expertise becomes a major tool for workers and employers – the same – that rely on technology to create ideas, automatic functions, data analysis, create covering messages and many other things.
Research shows that we rely on AI more than us to help us at work. According to the next 2025 Zet’s report in 2025, 95% of employees actively participate in training or take other steps to improve their skills in AI, and 71% now use AI at work. About one of four people hope their employers can easily make AI strong tools.

For the embarrassment technology, the idea of embracing AI can be terrible. But learning to use it productively – and morally – is not as difficult as it can. Although the term ‘AI”s skills include computer skills needed to design and make AI tools, not all AI skills are not so technical.
AI’s literacy, understanding what AI can do and how to use the AI system is an important skill that everyone can develop.
When we talk about AI, we tend to think about tools such as Chatgpt, COPILOT or Gemini. These are the productive AI examples, the models that use the data to create new contents such as texts, images, videos and music. The key to using these tools is to be able to write good advice – questions, information or sentences – that affect the quality of the products you receive.

To write a good prompt, keep your instructions with concise, honest and conversational discussions. For example, if you ask AI to write an email to a customer, you may want to know that it is professional. The AI is not stupid, so it is important to confirm any facts and numbers provided in a departure, and any indication of it should be tested twice. Often, AI’s exits can be filled with vague ‘profile’ texts and big words. Podushka says it will help us with the ways of using AI to save time. “One of the biggest examples is to use a chatbot to shorten long contents such as reports or email, which can really help if you go back to a project after working on something else and need to renew your memory,” he said.
“There are many AI tools that you can use very easily for tasks that you don’t have to learn to code, just be open to test something new.
It is also very important to know the boundaries of technology. AI is not human qualities such as innovation, emotional intelligence, judgment and true sense of context.

For example, AI may be able to write an email to a protesting customer, but it seems no human touching, and may eventually make them even more angry. Similarly, too much relying on the AI-selection means means the extraction of human intelligent process, which can cause competent applicants to be ignored.
Yasmin Ekacelara, a vocational expert at ZETY, says the future of work is likely to be a mixture of human expertise and AI invention. “While HR administrators are supporting AI in the use of work, the human element – trust, communication, and participation – remains properly. Companies must accurately send these intersections to educate a working environment that values both technology and those who give them power.
You can teach yourself how to use a lot of AI tools and, like any skill, exercise is key. However, taking a course can be a good way to develop more technical skills.
“There are some online courses that you can follow in your time, from free general views to deeper and more rich options,” Podushka said. “But they may still have access to many people at a reasonable price, and employers are often happy to pay their teams to train.

“If you are looking for an online course, I suggest you choose people who are relatively new, so the information is new,” he said. “You can know that these courses have some uses and aims to industry and different sectors.
Finally, there is no denying that Al may be a threat to some workers and their children. For others, however, the emergence of technology may be used by learning new skill – especially those looking for work. “The ability to use this technology with confidence to save time, automaticization and create new ideas in an application looks very well and looks well in an interview,” Podushka said.
