As a starter in the 2024-25 season, Tompson has an average of 16.4 points, 9.7 goals, 4.8 assists, 1.6 thefts and 1.6 blocks per game. Thompson has stood 6-7 to elite sport and defensive universality. He has played effectively or guarded every post this season.
The 22-year-old star is doing all the work for a winning team, as well as with the Houston (45-25) currently in second place in the West Conference.
