Donley has previously played four games for the first team of Spurs, all in the 2023-24 season.
He has scored six goals for Liton Oreent in the second goal of the FA Cup against Manchester City when he played 50 games over Stephen Ortega, who fell on the pitch and then the goalkeeper for his own goal.
Before returning to his father in the summer, he said he hoped he would also look at the international level.
“I have been able to show the Eastern fans that I have the ability to do so.
“My goal is to be a Tottenham player, that’s what I want to do, and that’s what I want to be.
“I hope I can try to do that. When I come back before the season, I hope I can show what I’ve done for Liton Orient in training and games.
