Dock’s inside video shows Owen Hais, 21, stabbing an elderly man. The 84-year-old man, whose identity was unknown, suffered a broken skull and bleeding with brain blood. He has been released from hospital since then.
Obviously, a group of four young people entered the bar only after 1 am, then they seemed to attack the man. But Hays’s fiancé paints a different picture of events that night.
He said they were sitting in the bar, and claimed that the 84-year-old man attacked his space and touched it against his will. He added that his fiancée came to defend himself.
