Israeli forces advanced deeper in the Gaza Strip on Friday and blew up the only special cancer hospital in war soil, as Israeli leaders sworn to take more land to free Hamas on the remaining hostages.
The hospital was in Corridor Netzarim, which divided Gaza into two parts and was taken over by Israeli troops into most of the 17-month war. This week, Israel took a step to take the corridor back after a ceasefire with Hamas. The ceasefire has brought relative calm to Gaza since the end of January and facilitated the release of more than two hostages.
The Israeli army said it had not access to doctors and patients at a friendly hospital in Turkey and Palestine, because Hamas fighters worked there. Turkey, which helped build and provide the hospital’s budget, says Israeli troops used it as a base at a point.
Dr. Zaki al-Zaqzq, head of the hospital’s oncheology department, said a medical team had visited the facility during the ceasefire and found that some of the institutions had remained in good condition.
“I cannot understand that it can be achieved from bombing a hospital that is like a line of life for the large number of sick,” a statement issued by the Palestinian Aid Group said in a statement.
The Turkish Foreign Ministry has condemned the destruction of the hospital and accused Israel of deliberately “not giving up the Gaza Strip and forcing the Palestinian people.
Hospitals can lose their secure conditions under international law if used for military purposes, but any operation against them must be relative. Human rights groups and unprotected experts have accused Israel of systematically destroying the Gaza health care system.
Israel warns military operations
The Israeli new military offensive in the Gaza Strip has threatened to be more destructive than the last rule, because it is much less likely to seek broader goals.
Israeli Defense Minister Israel’s Defense Minister said Friday that his country will conduct operations in Gaza “with increase intensiveness” to Hamas will release the 59 hostages, 24 of whom can be believed alive.
“The more Hamas continues to reject the release of the abductees, more territory will be lost to Israel,” Katz said.
The Israeli army said its forces had planned a new offensive against three neighborhoods west of Gaza, and had also issued social media warnings to Palestinians to evacuate areas.
The warnings shortly after taking two missiles that fired two missiles in northern Gaza, prevented two missiles. Hamas also fired three missiles at the first attack since Israel ended the ceasefire.
A long-range missile launched by Yemeni Houthi rebels on Friday canceled the air strikes on Jerusalem and central Israel for the fourth consecutive day, with troops saying it was being prevented.
Israeli forces advance in northern and southern Gaza
Israeli troops left the northern town of Beit Lahia and the southern border city of Rafah on Thursday, and resumed blocking Palestinians from entering northern Gaza, including the city of Gaza.
Palestinian displacements in northern Gaza fled along a coast road and on Friday they carry other sticks and other sticks on horsewrong cars.
A couple of children were killed in eastern Gaza on Friday, along with two other children who had nothing to do with him, according to witnesses and a local hospital. The Israeli army said it had hit a militant in a building in Gaza and had taken steps to reduce civilian casualties. It was not clear whether the army had referred to the same strike.
In the southern city of Rafah, Palestinian municipal officials say Israeli bombings have forced residents to leave rainy weather and deepen their suffering.
Israeli security officials expulsion of Israeli security officials
In Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s support for the expulsion of the president of the country’s internal security has deepened a powerful struggle that has largely overtaken who is responsible for Hamas’s attack on October 7, 2023, leading to the Gaza war. It can also put a stage for a crisis over the powers of the country.
Hours after Netanyahu’s cabinet unanimously approved by Ronen Barr’s in charge of Blue Security Service, the Supreme Court decided to suspend the temporary suspension until it can be appealed on April
The Israeli prosecutor general has decided that the cabinet has no legal basis for emissions. “The Israeli state is a legal situation and according to the law, the Israeli government will decide who will be the leader of the Blue bet,” he said in a social media post on Friday evening.
Critics say the move by the prime minister is to embark on against an independent government employee and tens of thousands of Israelis have shown themselves to support the BAR, including outside Netanyahu’s residence on Friday.
Netanyahu has resisted the calls to the official commission of investigation into the attack and tried to accuse the failures of the army and security agencies.
Hundreds of people killed in Gaza
About 600 Palestinians have been killed since Israel resumed the fighting with a wave of air strikes across Gaza on Tuesday because many families were asleep or ready to start fasting for the holy month of Ramadan.
Israel had previously cut food, fuel and humanitarian aid to nearly 2 million Palestinians in Gaza, in order to put pressure on Hamas on the ceasefire talks.
On October 7, 2023, Hamas killed about 1,200 people and took 251 hostages. Most of the hostages have been released from a ceasefire or other contract agreement. Israeli forces have rescued eight living hostages and recovered the bodies of dozens of others.
According to the Gaza Health Ministry, Israeli retaliatory attack has killed more than 49,000 Palestinians. He doesn’t say how many people were armed, but says more than half of those killed were women and children. Israel says it has killed nearly 20,000 fighters without giving evidence.
