“I took a while to repair it so I can push myself in training,” he said. “I had to watch it, it was annoying season.

“Now now only to improve and return to my best. I know my standards and what I can get.
“I hope next year I can get my head mentally to the right and go back to the place I left before – because I know what I can and the quality I have.
