The Europa League final with Tottenham will be followed by the Premier League final against Aston Villa, the Champions League champion and United will not be close to the competition anywhere this season.
But there will be no immediate break for United players, who have more jobs ahead.
As soon as the villa ends, they leave for Malaysia and then fly to Hong Kong for two games against the club next week.
The trip is expected to earn about £7.8 million.
After a domestic campaign that will definitely lead to the club’s worst end in the 1973-74 season, and the Premier League award alone costs £3m, anywhere, Maguire accepts United Squad can not complain.
“It’s the club’s decision and we don’t have the right to talk about it after the performance we have worn,” the Spaniard said.
“As the players, they will have to take responsibility for the Premier League and the money we have earned this season through the end, which is not close anywhere but not good,” he said.
“It shouldn’t be like that. Two months ago we would have to be in a better position, fight for the Europa League or Champions League,” the Spaniard said.
“We don’t have the right to stop here and criticize the club for trying to earn some money that we hope to help us next season,” he said.
