Hamilton faces 15 points from 15 points

Hamilton’s Academy of Facial Academy was relegated at the Scottish Championships at the end of the week after 15 points from violating the league rules.

John Rankin’s side have seven points at the bottom of the Airedrions, but their penalty means they are now eight points from second-placed footsteps and nine points left to play.

SPFL has revealed that the club has been charged with four crimes of violating the rules, and says the Independent Court of discipline or Larnerskheir has charged the club.

According to the league, the crimes are related to the non-payment of six players and not to deal with “honesty” when dealing with the SPFL on the lifting of the transition ban after previous financial issues.

Other charges related to:

  • Giving the league wrong about ownership of the club’s stadium

  • Late submitting their membership criteria for the season

  • Failure to reach the necessary standards in Scotland’s FA license to participate in the course.

The club’s points cuts have been fined £9,000, of which £2,500 have been suspended until more indifference.

Earlier this month, it was revealed that Hamilton faced leaving their new Douglas park because the land would be rented by former club owners.

They will face Queen park on Saturday and need to win so that they don’t go down to the first round immediately.

But they have the right to appeal the decision to the Scottish FA, which will increase the possibility of an end to the election campaign without knowing which of the league next season.
