When the women’s first-class league managers have been sacked, the clock is deteriorating to find another job as soon as possible.

With families to monitor and not have enough opportunities for complete work in the game, it’s not the easiest thing to do.

“If a Premier League coach loses his job, they are financially comfortable, but we are not,” former Liverpool coach Matt Bird told the BBC Sport.

The 47-year-old was sacked at the end of February after four years in his second game at the club.

He says he should get something that “the latest summer as the last summer is listed to provide his wife and two children, aged 14 and 12,.

“I need a Plan A and a B. I want to stay in football, but if I can’t find anything – there’s not so much professional team in England in games – then I need to see that I might return to a real estate agency or something like that.

“It seems for me to be the last way for me. But at the end of the day I have a family that I have to support. I need to look at all the options.

Berd believes the loss of his job is “parsell and Parcell” in the football manager and is supported by the LMA’s group managers when he leaves Liverpool.

But his family moved from London to northwestern England, where the children began new schools, aware of the destruction of things while thinking about the next steps.

“I want to stay in the game and continue to manage. I have a Pro and I have a certificate in management,” Bird said.

“I think people see me as a repairer who can make something, but I know I’m much more than when I look back at my time as a football manager.

“The roles as technical directors or sports managers are something I may consider. I may also look at the workshops with high capabilities or even podcasts.
