Arsenal midfielder Mikel Merino says Arsenal players at Real Madrid will be respected at Real Madrid on Wednesday and the Champions League quarter-finals have been very far away despite the 3-0 lead.
Marino scored a beautiful goal in the UAE last week after Dicklan Rice scored two surprising penalties and Mikel Arteta scored.
But Real have won 15 Champions League champions and Meurinho will not win a surprising return.
“Real that aura – and it’s worth it. But football is unpredictable. Anything that happens.
“Their quality is well known, each can hurt you at any time.
“We know exactly who we are standing up to – fully respect. We are going to a cruel stadium. We are going with confidence, yes, but with hunger and arrogance, we are ready to give the best of us.
– Can you come back? Come, they have done that before, right?
Merino has been used as a rescue striker this season as Arsenal have suffered a hamstring injury from Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus.
Many fans have suspected Artata’s decision to play a striker in February.

Marino says he doesn’t know if he will continue to use in front but he was happy with his goal in the first game.
“The end was good,” he said.
“Obviously, Declan’s two missiles have cut my shadow on it, but it is one of the missiles that I always remember.
“Dicklan is designed for big games and has taken steps when we needed it as much as we needed.
