
Tottenham have strengthened their leadership team by establishing Vina, Ventitsam, as the club’s future manager.
The former Arsenal manager will officially begin his role this summer and will have more than ten years of experience in the Gunners’ front office.
The 44-year-old, played a key role in Arsenal’s development on the pitch during his presidency and is now responsible for Tottenham’s public work – both Sporting and business.
“I’m very happy to contact Tottenham Hotspur this summer,” Venkatham told the club’s official website. “After spending time charging and evaluating my options, I think this is a unique opportunity to work with Daniel, the board and the whole staff.
It is strange that administrators move between heavy weight in the Premier League, especially between tough competitors. Venkatham is now joining a selected group of football managers, including Peter Kenny and Omar Berada, who played a key role in more than one.
While at Arsenal, he established a strong relationship with foreign authorities such as the Premier League and the ECA, which is expected to continue playing in Spurs.

In 2010, Venkatsam began his time at Arsenal and was constantly climbing the ranks. Until 2018, he was appointed executive director alongside Raul Sanlihi, who supervised football.
After Sanlihi’s departure in 2020, Venkatsam took a step into the role of the executive director and a full leadership.
During his career in the UAE, he played a central role in large employments, including Edu, Mikel Arteta and Richard Galik.
He left Arsenal at the end of the 2023-24 season, after playing six different roles in 14 years.
