Tottenham Hotspur against Frankfurt
Tottenham are heading towards their starting line-up this season to the point where they welcome Frankfurt to north London for their first game in the Europa League quarter-finals on Thursday night.
Ange Postkoglo has recently faced an increase in research, and questions about his future have gained more attention after his recent defeat to Chelsea.
Spurs beat Southampton 3-1 at the weekend, although he didn’t have anything to fix the cracks between the manager and some fans.
But a convincing performance against Frankfurt can take a long way to restore faith.
This is the first European quarter-finals of Spurs since the 2019 icon when they took Manchester City out of the Champions League Classic.
Historically, however, Tottenham fought at this stage of European competition and only one of the 13 previous quarters of the quarter-finals.

Frankfurt is not alien to the Europa League. This is the third time in the quarter-finals in six seasons.
Historically, they have made progress in this league even without winning in the first game – famous in 2022 in the Nou Camp by raising the cup.
They dominated in the 16th round, with Ajax 6-1, although they have less threatened since Omar Marmush left for Manchester City in January.
The recent results have been incompatible, with just five wins in their last 13 games, including 2-0 defeat at the weekend. They are still in third place in the Premier League and want their chances against a bad English Spurs club.
Tim for Tottenham against Frankfurt
Tottenham will be at least for the next two weeks without Dijan Colosevsky and Kevin Danso and will rule on both legs. Rado Dragosin will be played for this season with ACL injuries.
Timo Werner doesn’t deserve a draw because he hasn’t scored for European competition, but Richardson may return to the games after recovering from an injury.

Rodrigo Bintankour returned after being suspended, and Mickey Van de Venn and Distinoogi were given rest at the weekend and were present on Thursday.
For Frankfurt, Nanami Collins has returned from being suspended, but Kevin Trapp has been ruled out. With Jens Grahli, the young young young man may win his head between the posts again.
Oscar Hojlund and Junior Dina Ibimbe are both unavailable due to registration problems. Ansgar Kanaf and Ilya are the guardians of nursing injuries, and Igor Matanovic returned at the weekend.
Kan Ozone can return after illness, but Chandler will be out with a big injury.
