Often, teams are constantly talking about a quarterback race when there is no really one. For example, Brett Repen or anyone else has no chance of winning a healthy JJ McCarthy in Minnesota Vikings, but the Vikings are constantly pushing the race.

In some ways, it’s not logical for Indianpolis to make Anthony Richardson compete for the starting point. Richardson has been disappointed by the fourth NFL 2023 draft, but Colutes knew Richardson needed to develop when they set him. Preparations for another person after Richardson made just 15 games in his career.

However, the Coltes have not been out of the pitch this season. They wanted competition for Richardson, so they signed Daniel Jones for a one-year-old $14 million deal. They have repeatedly said that Richardson and Jones are competing. Colute coach Shane Stechin said the two quarterbacks will be divided into starting training sessions again to start the season.

“They are going to divide the first team representatives through training and enter the training camp, and it really comes down to who is the most sustainable, who is the most productive, becoming the main player,” Stechin told Indianpolis.

Stechin has said in the past that Richardson needs representatives and that must be clear. His biggest kick comes out of college is that he has made just 13 games in Florida. Most of the young seasons were deleted with injuries. Richardson’s surprising physical ability is a reason to be so high, but he needed work. And now he will get half of training with key players this season.

“He must take advantage of the representatives he will get,” Stechin said.

It is difficult to know how the quarterback race has a lot of meaning for Coluts. Richardson may be a motivation, but there is an obvious shortcoming of Jones to take half of his first-team training sessions. In Jones, there are very few above side, which was cut and cut by a check-up team in the quarterback last season. It is difficult to imagine a scenario that Jones will play a much better game with a year’s deal than it has done with the giants and becomes a quar-up of the French option for Colutes.

Richardson’s shooting will also be as difficult as he has, after only 47.7 percent of the passes last season, but it’s difficult to close the door after less than a whole season in NFL. The problem is that CEO Chris Ballard and Stechn are likely to be concerned that they cannot escape another season of defeat and Richardson to fight as a key player. At least Jones gave him a predicted land (although it is very low). He has no place close to Richardson’s top, but seeing it will be dangerous after he fought last season.

Suppose, Colutes wants Richardson to have a good reaction to competition, winning and showing some more than the promise he briefly made of his new adult season. It’s just strange that Jones push Jones as an optional rival to the starting point, and cut off Richardson’s representatives to prove that point. Richardson was always supposed to be a long-term project. The coats seem to have lost the patience that was supposed to be necessary when they had drafted him.
