NFL owners’ meetings will be held in Florida this week, one of the first points of their agenda will affect Thursday night’s games.

The vote is about changing the amount of the time the teams getting to flixes from 28 days to 21 days, according to the magazine Sports Trade.

When the issue first arose a couple of years ago, tensions erupted between its owners. Some of them felt that there was an injustice to the fans to play a game on Thursday night.

The SBJ announced that the course initially wanted the window to be 15 days, but the final number agreed upon is 28 days. Thursday’s Flexing option was a year’s expansion test for 2024 when no Flex was played in Thursday.
