BBCA woman was arrested at the age of 30 after being found dead last week in a bag in Noting Hill, west London, in a carriage in Noting Hill, Noting Hill in Noting Hill.
Police in major cities said the woman, who appears to be the mother of the child, was arrested on Saturday on charges of hiding births, neglect and childish murder.
He stayed in hospital and was taken there after his arrest for treatment.
