Lily, where we don’t have our full name, remains with the spot of his cheeks and his eyes after the dog’s attack 18 months ago.

A father wants to change the law on pets insurance after his daughter’s face left out of their homes due to a dog attack.

Currently, there is no legal requirement for its owners to be covered in the UK.

But Alex, 39, in Brigeny, he believes he must be forced to include things such as medical care, counseling and compensation after 11-year-old Lille was attacked.

Alex is also concerned that future work, such as cleaning the spot, must be paid in a special way by his family.

The British government has been asked to comment.

Lille was 10 years old when it was attacked in September 2023, and had just finished football with a neighbor when the Strunst Shair Bull Terryer was raising her face.

“It was terrible,” his father said.

“My husband and I watched television, my little daughter was slipping her hair,” Alex said.

“Lily was out of football with local boys and grief returned to one of their homes and we heard a cry because it was only 50 meters away.

“We saw Lily coming out and a piece of his face was lost.

“There was a bleeding load.

Alex took his daughter to an accident and emergency unit at the Princess of Wales in Bridge.

“On the car, he asked me if I would die, my father,” Alex said.

“He is a very difficult child but obviously hurt and cried a lot, but the shock sent the whites,” he said.

Alex took his daughter Lily to hospital after the dog’s attack, which she described as terrible

Lily was later underwent surgery at Morristen Hospital in Swansea and spent two nights at the hospital.

“My friends were worried about me when I was away from the hospital, I get better, but it’s really scary now and again and sometimes I look at my stain and I don’t like it and it’s terrible that this can happen.

“I’ve been wearing spots at night to help it improve.

The family also has a dog called Snaple, and Lille was vigilant when it approached the neighbor’s dog attack.

Their dog is never around the guests because it is now causing anxiety.

“When Snaple is sneezed, it makes me jump and spoil me with tears, but now I find that I’m not really afraid of myself.

“So, when my dog is around my friends, I’m really shocked and I want to put it away so that anything happens.

Alex said the dog that attacked Lieli was destroyed and the owner was fined.

“It was very sad when there was nothing I could do and there was nothing to do to prevent it,” he said.

“It’s not just something you’re waiting for 50 helps from your front door.

Lille’s wounds after the dog bite his face

Lily has not been consulted because of the waiting times, and his father describes him as “silence.

After the advice of Lily’s local doctor, Lily began to keep a newspaper and his parents were allowed to read it, and each of them was sad and saw how they could help.

He also received his support for his primary school, and spoke weekly with a teacher and how he confronted him after the dog’s attack.

“When he wants to be a judge or a mathematics teacher, he wants to focus on school and sports to help his recovery,” Lily said.

“I really enjoy playing football because it gives me a break in the world. Nothing can hurt me there and the best thing is to be with my friends.

Alex said his daughter is emotional because of the stain she graduated from primary school last year.

“This is when everyone is wearing clothes and Lily was sad when he prepared himself,” he said.

“My concerning is that it will rise. If she is undergoing surgery to clean the spot, it cannot be in NHS. It must be done in a special way.

“I don’t think it’s fair that there is no refuge to cure a stain that is no longer through any of its own crime.

Now Alex is calling for changes to the law and all dog owners to insurance their animals.

The user group, which, said, would have a third party responsibility.

That is, if your dog hurts someone or damages his property, it will cover the legal cost and compensation.

“It must be normal as a car owned. Any animal owner, especially the dog owners, must have insurance,” Alex said.

“If you have an animal that can harm the least damage, you should insurance to take responsibility for those damage.

“It seems crazy that doesn’t happen before.

“”We have insurance on our dog and not the cheapest thing. Many people are fighting with money, so they don’t want to give insurance.

“We want to be a legal condition. If you have a dog, you have to insurance.
